The file available here (liquid_he.iso) is a DVD "disc image." It is approximately 1.3GB - a very large file. Even on most broadband university connections, it will take about 2 hours to download the file in its entirety. On high-speed home connections, expect 8 hours. On regular home connections, it could take 100 hours.

"Disc images" (i.e. *.iso files) contain the exact data of a DVD disc. They can be used by any DVD burning software to burn a copy of the original DVD from which the image was made. After the download is complete, use your DVD burning software (i.e. Nero, Roxio, etc.) to "burn image to disc." The result will be a DVD viewable in any DVD player.
